Order Placement
Online orders can be placed 24/7/365. If you have any special shipping notes, make sure to include them in your checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email from us within a few minutes of placing your order, with a unique Order ID starting with SE. Please keep this Order ID for any issues with your order.
If you donāt receive a confirmation email, please contact us and we will look into the issue. Sometimes email typing mistakes result in you not getting the confirmation order. If you are having issues with your credit card, please reach out to your banking institution.
U.S. Shipping
Notice to U.S. Customers
Skaterās Edge no longer offers shipping to the United States. Due to ongoing tariff changes and increased cross-border shipping costs, we have made the decision to suspend U.S. orders to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
This policy applies to all online purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

In-Store Pickup
If you prefer to visit us in person, you can order products online and select the delivery option: In-Store Pickup. Please wait for the "Ready for Pick-up" email prior to coming in. Our store hours are on our contact page.
Custom Apparel
Our Team division handles all customized apparel. Customization can take up to 3 weeks to complete depending on the size of the order. If you have questions, please contact us.
Free Shipping Thresholds
We are happy to offer free shipping:
- In Ontario & Quebec on orders $99 & up before tax.
- In Manitoba & Saskatchewan on orders $125 & up before tax.
- In all other provinces on orders $149 & up before tax.
This is a ground service offered by the shipping courier that can take 2-10 business days depending on your location. Make sure to check the free shipping option when placing your order.
Beyond Destination & Territories
Shipping for beyond destination locations can be significantly higher. You will receive an email or telephone call regarding the shipping difference and alternate shipping partners. We do not have access to your credit card information; any additional charges may be paid via e-transfer (EMT) or through an additional invoice sent to you.
Heavy Items
We charge extra shipping costs for items that weigh more than others and large items. This is due to the courier charging extra for these items. You will receive an email for additional shipping costs.
Delivery Estimates
Please note delivery estimates are only estimates and are created by our shipping partners Purolator and Canada Post. If you need your package fast, please consider other shipping options at checkout. Shipping delays can occur for many reasons and are unfortunately out of our control once they have entered our shipping partnerās system.
Order Shipping
We appreciate your patience and work as fast as we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible!
During regular business hours, please allow 24 hours for your order to ship. If you place an order outside our business hours, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted by us with an estimated shipping time. The wait can be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks.
International Shipping
Skaterās Edge now ships within Canada only. International shipping is no longer available. Thank you for your understanding.
Order Modifications / Cancellations
We set a goal to get our order to you as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change an order, reach out as soon as possible! If the order has not shipped yet, we can do everything we can to fix your order for you! If you receive a shipping confirmation email, sometimes the package hasnāt left the building, so we may be able to resolve the issue before the courier picks it up! Once our shipping partner picks up your order, we cannot make any changes or cancellations and you will be required to follow our return policy.
Payment Options
We accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Make sure you provide your exact billing address with what is on file with PayPal or your credit card company. All orders placed using PayPal will be shipped to the confirmed PayPal shipping address on file. If there is an issue with any of the shipping information, we will contact you to verify. If you are having issues with your credit card, please reach out to your banking institution.
Order Delivery
Our shipping partners deliver orders Monday to Friday. If your order does not require a signature, it may be left at your doorstep or taken back to the shipping partnerās depot if no one is able to accept the package at your home. Stay on top of delivery confirmation emails and the tracking page with the tracking number you receive from us. If you didnāt receive a tracking number, pleaseĀ contact us. The delivery driver should leave you a note or call you if your product has been taken to their depot. Try to pick it up as soon as possible, or your package could be shipped back to us.
If you receive an update that your order has been delivered, check all around your home and possibly speak with your neighbours if they received it. If you have any issues, please contact us and we can contact the courier.
Missing & Damaged Parcels
Skaterās Edge Source for Sports is not responsible for items that may have become lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment. Please ensure you make the proper arrangements for accepting your parcel. If you would like a signature option, at an extra cost, please contact us.
Undeliverable Shipments
If the shipping company returns your package to us, we will reach out to you. Undeliverable packages will be processed as a refund, except for the shipping costs. You are more than welcome to place another order when you have the correct shipping address.
Recycle Packaging
We often use recycled bags and boxes for shipments. We are doing our best to give packaging products more than a one-time use!
