How do I find my order number?
Find your Order Confirmation email that was sent to you after you submitted your order. The Order Confirmation number will be in found in the top of your email and will start with the prefix “#SE-”. If you can’t find it in your inbox make sure to also check your junk mail.
How can I check for the status of my order?
If you placed a custom apparel order you canemail teamsales@skatersedgesudbury.com. If you placed an order for a regular product please email orders@skatersedgesudbury.com.
How do I know if I ordered custom apparel or not?
Anything ordered with a local team logo is considered custom apparel, and we have to order the apparel item into our store. Then our awesome embroiders add the logo and customization at our store! Custom apparel orders take 2-4 weeks to be completed. Anything ordered under “Custom Team Apparel” is considered custom. If you are confused, please call 705 566 1422 before placing your order.
I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Please email orders@skatersedgesudbury.com in a timely manner. If we have already shipped out your order it may be too late and we will need to start the return process which you can find instructions here: https://skatersedgesudbury.com/policies/refund-policy If you are ever unsure about a product please call us before placing your order 705 566 1422.
I didn’t receive a tracking number, what do I do?
Sometimes this happens, but you can always contact our team at orders@skatersedgesudbury.com. Be sure to also check your junk mail for the tracking number!
I need to order my child hockey gear but I don’t know where to start?
We love helping parents find the right fit for their child while staying within a budget. Give one of our experts a call at 705 566 1422, during our regular hours and we will gladly help you over the phone if you are unable to make it into the store.
Can I order custom skates online?
Unfortunately we need to use our technology in store to measure your feet in order to get custom skates.
Where do I pick up my online order?
You can pick up your online order in store at our front cash anytime during our regular hours. Make sure to wait for the “your order is ready” email from our team before coming to the store!
How much is shipping to my address?
You can actually add the product you want to your cart and checkout with your address and see the shipping amount before paying and completing your order.
Do you sell used hockey gear?
We sure do! We have an entire section dedicated to used hockey gear!
Do you buy used hockey gear?
Yes we do, bring your used gear in store and one of our staff will inspect it and offer you a price. The amount offered can be used for an in store credit only.
What does "Source Exclusive" mean?
"Source Exclusive" is generally a product only made for stores that are part of the Source for Sports family.
