Return & Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy
We have created a return policy that is convenient for our customers. You can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. As long as the item is still as good as new, we won’t ask any questions! Once we receive your product, we will refund you the same way you made the initial payment. Please note: We do not refund shipping costs.
Our return policy will be extended until January 23rd 2026 for all items bought from November 23rd-December 24th 2025.
Limitations & Exclusions
The following items are not returnable:
- Jocks & Jills
- Baselayer Bottoms
- Boxers & Briefs
- Mouth Guards
- Used Products
- Used Equipment
- Custom products created for teams, schools and businesses with their logos or other customization to the original items.
In-Store Returns Or Exchanges
If you can return your product in-store, visit us at: 1338 Kingsway Unit #1, Sudbury, ON, Canada, P3B 0A3 during our store hours, and we will be more than happy to process your refund!
Online Order Returns
First, make sure to email orders@skatersedgesudbury.com to confirm your return with us. If you just need a different size or product, place a new order and continue to follow our return policy. This helps us stay organized and get the right product to you as soon as possible.
Return Shipping
While we strive to assist with the cost of shipping as much as possible, at this time, we do not offer return shipping. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
