What Makes the Warrior Novium 3 Pro Stand Out?

The Novium 3 Pro is designed for players who want to put more into their shots without giving up control. Its mid-kick profile works with a stiffer taper to load energy higher in the shaft, creating leverage for powerful shooting. Warrior pairs that power-focused design with lightweight construction and a responsive blade, keeping feel and handling central to the stick’s performance. Warrior
Here’s a closer look at the technology—and what it means when you’re on the ice.
Bevel Taper
The Novium 3 Pro’s Bevel Taper stays stiff through the lower taper area, allowing the shaft to load energy higher up. That design provides additional leverage while helping maintain control and accuracy through your shot. For this release, Warrior has refined the profile to make it more player-friendly, with an emphasis on easier loading and more accurate shooting. The benefit: a controlled, power-focused release when you lean into your shot. Warrior
Minimus Carbon 25
Minimus Carbon 25 uses flat, spread-tow carbon fibres to create an exceptionally thin, lightweight weave. By keeping the fibres smooth rather than bunched together, the construction supports strength and impact resistance without unnecessary bulk. For players, that means a stick designed to balance a light feel with the toughness needed for competitive hockey. It’s about keeping the stick manageable in your hands without treating durability as an afterthought. Warrior
RL 199 Construction
Warrior’s redesigned RL 199 construction combines lighter fibres with a toughened resin to improve the balance between strength and weight. Just as importantly, the construction focuses on consistency in the stick’s balance, weight, and durability. The benefit is a light, balanced feel that supports predictable handling, whether you’re setting up a pass, carrying the puck through traffic, or getting into position for a shot. Warrior
FuelCore Ultra
Power is only part of the equation—you also need to feel what’s happening at the blade. FuelCore Ultra features a tough polymer core reinforced with an internal rib structure, then wrapped in high-quality carbon fibre and Minimus Carbon 25. The design targets blade stiffness, durability, and responsiveness. Warrior describes it as its most responsive blade, making puck feel a defining feature of the Novium 3 Pro. Warrior
O.G. Shaft Shape
The Novium 3 Pro also features Warrior’s O.G. Shaft Shape, which combines flat sidewalls with rounded corners. This profile provides a consistent feel in your hands for stickhandling, passing, and shooting—an important finishing touch for a stick built around control. Warrior
